Crouse Medical Practice experienced physicians and advanced practice clinicians (APCs) provide primary care focused on each patient’s needs. We emphasize prevention, early intervention and patient education.
Our primary care services include regular physical examinations, immunizations, health screenings, diagnosis and treatment of illnesses and injuries. Our services also include chronic disease management for conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease or diabetes. If you have additional care needs, our practitioners can make referrals to a wide variety of other specialists.
We welcome new patients, and will do our best to accommodate you with one of our physicians or APCs. Please note, some of our established primary care providers have full practices and are not accepting new patients at this time.

We offer same day and next day appointments for patients with acute or urgent care needs. If you are not feeling well, please call our office. Even when the office is closed, our clinical team can work with you to help direct your care. As always, if you believe you have a true medical emergency, call 911.
